Online orders are final at 11:55PM the day of your order. If you want the option to cancel your order, you must register for an account or sign-in to an existing account.

Free replacements for the Empire Pass are available in-person only at any NYS Park which sells the Empire Pass, as long as the replacement is necessary due to regular wear and tear. For all other replacements, there is a $17 charge.

Mail in a completed Empire Pass Replacement Request Form along with the following:
Once received, we will process the request and mail the replacement card. You will receive a confirmation e-mail of when this occurs if you provide an e-mail address with your replacement request.
